Sudip Dhungana is an Internet governance practitioner and youth leader working at the intersection of policy, community engagement, and digital inclusion. He serves as Program Officer at Open Internet Nepal, supporting meaningful connectivity, web accessibility, cybersecurity, online safety, and youth participation.

He has contributed to Youth IGF Nepal, Global Encryption Day Nepal, APrIGF, and APSIG. As a NextGen@ICANN85 participant, he represented Nepal and presented on the .नेपाल domain, digital inclusion, and secure DNS.

His interests include digital rights, civic technologies, AI governance, DNS security, and inclusive digital policymaking.
