Surendra Tiwari is an Advocate and Managing Partner of Imperial Law Associates. His practice includes corporate law, foreign direct investment, cyber law, IT law, privacy and data protection, ICT law, and civil and criminal litigation.
He holds a B.A.LL.B. from Nepal Law Campus and an LLM in Corporate and Financial Law from O.P. Jindal Global University. He has advised and represented telecommunications providers, Internet service providers, technology companies, construction companies, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, and private clients.
He has participated in and organised Nepal IGF, npSIG, inSIG, and APSIG. He is Secretary of the Internet Society Nepal Chapter and Chair of the Youth IGF Nepal multistakeholder group.
