Ananda Gautam is a youth advocate, researcher, and civic technology practitioner with more than five years of experience advancing Internet governance across the Asia-Pacific region. He is a Co-Founder of Open Internet Nepal and Youth IGF Nepal.
He serves as Director of the Digital Freedom Coalition, Secretary of the Asia Pacific School on Internet Governance, Secretary of the Internet Society Youth Standing Group, and a Board Member of the Youth Coalition on Internet Governance.
His interests include AI governance, civic technologies, meaningful Internet access, community networks, data-driven policymaking, youth empowerment, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
